Some of our INCREDIBLE Partners
Authentic Fair Trade Products from the heart of the Ecuadorian & Andes Mountains."
Since her first footstep on Ecuadorian soil, the founder of EcuaFina, Rebecca Braak, has been in love with the land, its people, the rich culture and handmade products. EcuaFina literally means: the most beautiful products from Ecuador. These products made from soft alpaca wool include plaids, ponchos, hats, but also necklaces. Traditionally, these products are made by the Quichua Indigenous who live in the Andes mountains and live by trading homemade merchandise.
Rebecca Braak is the founder of EcuaFina, she thought that these beautiful products could also enrich many American & European households and so the idea for her own store started to develop. Rebecca is in direct contact with the weavers. She visits the communities’ multiple times a year to ensure the high quality of the products and to design new products together with the locals.
All EcuaFina products are Fair Trade. This implicates a fair pay for artisans, knowledge sharing, focus on handmade products and honouring the artisan techniques. Around Otavalo, in the North of Ecuador, there are numerous Quichua communities who are famous for their weaving art. The new generations of indigenous don't want to work in textiles anymore due to the low pay and uncertainty, that is why one of our goals as EcuaFina. "Bringing the spirit of Ecuador to your life and interior"
About Sew Heart Felt
Designed in the UK and handmade in Nepal and Rajasthan, Sew Heart Felt has always strived to design gorgeously hand crafted products, bringing joy to all of the family.
We have become one of Europe’s leading felt lifestyle businesses focussing on bringing brightness to our customer's homes and winning multiple Gift of the Year awards along the way. Our journey began on a farmhouse table in leafy Oxfordshire where UK award winning designer Sonia Spencer drew the now much loved Finlay Fox slipper. From here, the drawing went to Kathmandu in Nepal, where our artisans created the first slipper and Sew Heart Felt was born.
Since then, the range has expanded from slippers to children's playroom and bedroom decor, such as animal rugs and wall hangings, nursery decor including our beautiful bird mobiles, and most recently the best selling Tiny Animals collection which have proven to be the perfect gift for all of the family no matter the occasion. We hope our products continue to bring joy to all of our customers and people love them as much as we love designing and making them.
Crafting Process: Our felt designs go to Kathmandu where they get made into prototypes by skilled felt makers and seamstresses. A traditional craft of the Nepalese villages, wet felt making and designing is a group activity at the workshop – with teams of women working together with great skill and expertise to craft the slippers, furnishings, clothing and Objet d’art in the Sew Heart Felt collection.

About Wolf and Clay Pty Ltd
Handmade to order within 4-5 weeks in Australia, I personally design each piece in my studio. From cutting the clay, to the bisque, glaze and firing, all works are completed on our picturesque Mount Tom property.
By supporting Wolf and Clay, you know the items you have purchased have been ethically produced in small batches. Your purchases feature quality items, sure to be treasured for years to come. We are mindful in our choice of raw material suppliers, supporting local Australian businesses.
One of the purest art forms, working with clay is quite literally shaping the earth in your hands. When you immerse your hands in clay, you connect with nature and your innate sense to sculpt takes over.
At Wolf and Clay, we believe in giving back to the earth more than we take. Our tiny home and studio harness solar power, and we use water tanks to support moving towards an off-grid lifestyle. Beyond this, we are consciously cultivating a self-sustainable food crop to provide for ourselves, as well as our animals. The big-picture vision is even larger, but for the time being we focus on living and operating Wolf and Clay as sustainably as possible.
To do this we work with nature and embrace the circadian rhythms as we go about our daily lives. Rather than buying new, we reuse and repurpose at any opportunity. After all, when we all give a little, it adds up to a lot.
